ABSA Vehicle Finance worst service

ABSA and ford credit is the worst service provider ever, I bought a car in 2016 at Ford they have been deducting money from my account by debit order till December 2018 when they told me their system had an error they thought I requested my debit order to go off earlier but they will fix it in January my debit order didn't go through in January I had to contact them to debit me, now the February debit order didn't go through again they handed me over to debt collectors when I have enough funds on my accounts. I had to send them bank statements to show the account has funds the error is from their side . but the credit report has been updated that I defaulted
