Absa vehicle finance want my car

I need help with my ABSA vehicle finance account. I lost my job after great difficulties in Feb and fell behind on my car repayment. Got a call from a third party collector that Absa works with and they want to collect my vehicle. He was not listening to any reason and I decided to call ABSA who treated me even worse. Saying they can't do anything. I proceeded to pay +-R14000 of the arrears amount stating that I will be up to date by end of July and gave them a payment schedule based on my earning from a new job I have just started in June and the ABSA consultant again said that there is nothing she can do because I didnt stick to a payment arrangement in May. I told her that my employment was delayed as ABSA had listed me on ITC and the new company had to find a workaround because of this and she again said unfortunately there is nothing she can do. I even put in writing that because of my new job, I have made payment of R14k now of the outstanding amount of R41k (includes July's instalment of R7000) and I will pay again an instalment by end of June and then a double instalment first week of July but neither the ABSA consultant Thabitha or Thabo from the 3rd party they are using want to treat me like a human being. Thabo says well pay another R7000 before 2pm today because we coming to take your car. Thabitha says there is nothing she can do because it's sent to the third party. I need my car to earn my salary, to get to my new job. I feel like I'm dealing with robots instead of people. All I'm asking is for ABSA to just wait 3 more weeks until I sort things out.
