Absa vehicle finance: Vehicle registration papers

I have been trying to get registration papers for my 2004 vehicle from 2013. In 2013 we went through the motion and only 1 vehicles papers were sent to me. I have tried again only to be shafted by them to try and send me the papers for the vehicle i already got. The banks must must jack up their departments and send the documents automatically once finance has been settled. They hang onto them like a greedy child not wanting to relinquish something that is not theirs. I have been waiting patiently Since the 17th Nov after i had send them the details where i want to fetch the documents as well as my details. I can only imagine how long it is going to take now and what excuses are waiting for me.
