Absa Vehicle Finance Utmost Pathetic

<p>My vehicle is financed by Absa. This evening Absa deducted an additional amount of R640.00 from my account. They requested proof of insurance that was sent to them 21 September 2016. The amount was deducted because my vehicle is not insured according to them. It has how ever been insured unitterupted since the day of purchase. And the insurance policy was sent to them as requested!! How is that for cutomer service Absa?????? Deducting money without permission or the knowledge of the cutomer????? Is that how you treat your customers??????? I WILL report Absa to the CPA before end of business tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let's see how quick can you respond to this!!!!!!!!!</p>
