ABSA Vehicle Finance Useless

We had a vehicle under ABSA vehicle finance. At a point, we had entered into an agreement with ABSA to pay off an outstanding amount, which was paid off.

ABSA then added on legal fees without out knowledge to the account.

Unfortunately we hadn't collected the logbook when the vehicle was paid off.

Now that we want to sell the vehicle, we cannot retrieve the logbook.

We want to make payment, however we are sent from pillar to post. Nobody knows what their job is, as collections send us to legal, legal send us to collections.

We are constantly given Gladys Manyike's number, who is never available, and when she does answer, she cuts the call.

We don't know what else to do now, as we need this sorted out urgently
