Absa Vehicle finance, the devil itself

To say Absa vehicle finance is the devil is an understament. They refused me a restructuring option of 11 thousands which was just over 1 instalment. as i was catching up, i reached the end of my contract to start the baloon payment. They deliberately stopped contacting me, didnt respond to my follow up mail and conveniently went to drop summons at the gate of my previous address. when they were now done with court proceedings to take my vehicle, they immediately made contact and started the threats. they are now even claiming they never had my correct email address even though i communicated with them using it in the past. now they have put me in a corner and i have no choice but to give up the vehicle or pay the baloon at once in full, they have already put the payment as arrears in my credit profile, stopping me from accessing any financial help from any bank. if you are dealing with this bank, open your eyes..they are ****mers and abusers of consumers
