ABSA Vehicle Finance Suddenly Charging for Value Added Services

I was charged value added services of R940.11 on my vehicle finance account in November 2021. I have never been charged these services since the inception of my vehicle contract in March 2018.

I have sent Absa vehicle finance countless emails with no luck and their collections department keeps on calling me to pay this money. This has also had a negative impact on my credit profile.

I would really appreciate if Absa vehicle finance could clarify what these value added services are for and why I am suddenly being charged for them after 3 years of not being charged for them.
