ABSA Vehicle Finance - Short Changed

While ABSA life was sorting out my disability claim i paid the installment for my vehicle. This was supposed to be refunded to me when the claim was finalized. I was in advance of 15K. When i app**** for settlement figure i got an amount of 210970.28. if paid before the 14th October 2024. I then got an sms extending this offer to the 20th October 2024. However on the 19th October the insurers settled with and amount of 219000K. I still have not received the 15k that i paid in advance. Kindly assist as now i am permently disabled and need every penny.
