ABSA Vehicle Finance - SHOCKING!!!!

My fiance app**** for COVID relief in April last year due to pandemic, as he lost his job. ABSA has now flagged him for non payment of premiums due to covid relief and no one in the call centre can assist him or explain why this flag was placed against his name???? He pays his vehicle every month on time as he should. The service with ABSA Vehicle finance is shocking!! I need someone from ABSA vehicle finance to contact him urgently otherwise we WILL be taking this matter further
