ABSA Vehicle finance settlement quote not updated to the current outstanding value.

I have been trying multiple times to speak to a consultant to assist me and the keep transferring me back to the queue to select options for a settlement letter my my vehicle. The app does not have the latest settlement amount for my car and has not taken my last debit order into consideration. I just need a person that can please send me a settlement quote of my vehicle which is up to date, I can see this correct amount with ABSA Full service banking, but the settlement quotes are not updated yet. PLEASE ASSIST ME.
