ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE SERVICES

Last week Wednesday, 4th of March, I phoned in to refinance my vehicle for the balloon payment. I went through the whole process. I received an sms stating that ABSA pulled statements from my FNB account and minutes later I received an sms telling me and I am typing this from the original sms: that my Absa Vehicle and Asset Finance has been approved subject to Terms and Conditions - Valid for 7 days. A consultant will contact you soon.<br> <br> Nobody phoned me. Yesterday, 10th of March I phoned again, to find out what is going on, because now I am receiving sms's stating that my car is going to be repossessed because it's not being paid. After 5 people logged in to see what is going on, the lady told me that she tried to phone me on Thursday, but I didn't answer. I had no missed call or voicemail message. Why didn't she phone again?<br> Now she wants to do the whole process all over again and after they pulled my statements from FNB, now I need to send in statement and everything, but my vehicle finance has already been approved. ??<br> <br> Now what do I do now?<br> Nobody is helping me? Last week I already chose 36months for my vehicle to be paid in, and now I have to start over?<br> <br>
