ABSA Vehicle Finance ***** up

We URGENTLY need assistance from someone competent at ABSA Vehicle Finance to assist us in correcting YOUR ERROR! We are trying to sell our vehicle when we found out ABSA did not register the vehicle correctly. The vehicle was in an accident and was written off and replaced by insurance company. The corrections was emailed to ABSA then by dealer and insurance (proof can be provided) Now that we want to sell the vehicle we were told the old written off vehicle details still apply. We are now stuck as we cannot settle the old vehicle and buy a new one. The assistance from ABSA up to now was APPALING in the least. Considering I am a private banker client from ABSA. This is just adding to why I am leaving ABSA. URGENT ASSISTANCE REQUIRED! We are now on 8 working days for a suitable solution. See complaint number **********
