Absa Vehicle Finance Poor Service.

I accidentally sent R7280 to ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE account as it was saved as a recipient since they financed my previous car. I called on Monday I got someone else who requested I send the proof of payment and confirmation of my bank account for the money to be sent back to. I did that on monday, emailed it to this email address ***. They forwarded the email to Bettie for urgent attention. He/she has never got back to me till today. I followed up today (Wednesday) again and got someone else by the name of Banele Lukhele who is taking me for a ride. Asking for the above documents again and a bank statement reflecting that transaction. I try to download a statement from the app as I am so busy to go to the atm or branch in person. He repiles with that the app statement is not good enough, he wants a statement that is from the bank.

Is the proof of payment not enough to proof that a payment was made???

I am so irritated by their old style service.
