Absa Vehicle Finance Poor service

AVF has decided to increase my monthly installments without any consultation. I was informed after the deduction that they have increase my installments adding insurance and other interest i was not aware of. I have tried to call the bank with no assistance. An additional R2000 that I did not consent with. I would never recommend anyone to take car finance from AVF!!!!
