ABSA vehicle finance payment restructuring Department - impossible to get hold of!!

I have had vehicle finance with Absa for the past year for my vehicle. I fell pregnant unexpectedly and due to my company not paying my salary while on maternity leave i will not be able to make payments on my vehicle for the time I am on maternity leave, since the amount I can claim from Uif will not cover the vehicle debit order amount. I decided to make an arrangement with ABSA vehicle finance to freeze my car repayments/extend my vehicle repayments until I am back at work and receiving my normal salary. Currently my account is not in arrears. I have tried calling the ABSA restructuring division since December with no luck. I have even contacted various call centers in order to make sure I am phoning the correct department, however all of them give me the same department to phone. The call center gave me the following number to call ********** and this number has lead me no where. When I called the call center again to get another number they merely told me to substitute the last number of the number above with a number between 0 and 9. I have done that and all those numbers lead to a mail box that requests that I enter the number of the person I am calling. At this stage I do not know who to contact regarding this issue because I need to make this arrangement asap before my next debit order is due end of January 2020.
