ABSA vehicle finance payment restructuring contact no existent

I have been trying to get hold of Absa restructuring department for over a month now. After numerous calls and emails I have yet to receive a reply to emails and calling has lead to me being transferred from one department to another. What is worse is some consultants give contradicting information which makes the process even more frustrating.
