Absa vehicle finance paid up but no update 7 months later

I purchased a vehicle via absa vehicle finance and I settled the vehicle account last year September. I received the original Natis papers and even changed ownership of the vehicle over to my name. To date, it still appears that my absa vehicle account is being owed and is an arrears. I have asked absa to please update their records countless times and they keep saying they will. Seven months later I'm still sitting with an absa vehicle account that appears to be in arrears. It is so frustrating as it affects my credit record. Absa is so unprofessional and I'm sorely disappointed.
