ABSA Vehicle Finance not helping me

I moved my bank in January and started the process to move all my debit orders. All my providers where able to sort it out in one day for me, but it's now been 32 business days and 2 debit orders later and my ABSA vehicle Finance still can't switch my debit order. That is after they firstly confirmed it was switched, but then the debit order went off from the old bank, and ever since it's been back and forth emails and calls and the answer is always, call back in 3 days if we haven't contacted you yet and off course nobody calls me back and they have also stopped answering my emails. Each person hands over to the next.I know need to keep my account open needlessly and pay the account fees and eft fees to move money back to my old account just because ABSA isn't helping me. PLEASE can this be sorted asap so that I can close my account and stop waisting my money.
