ABSA Vehicle Finance not helpful

we currently affected by the pandemic and requested relief assistance from ABSA finance to pay less for the next three months as my husband's salary has been cut in half and as a result have to cater for the rest. To my surprise, it's been two months without any response. I have submitted all the required documents and followed up but still no response. I guess they just waiting for me to miss the payments and will get their attention by them repossessing the car. The number provided goes to voicemail and when you call the customers service they say there is too much they can do to help but can only send an email to the relevant department. I'm really disappointed with such service and feel I'm being set up for failure.
