Absa Vehicle Finance no statements for 3 years

I have vehicle finance with Absa since 2019 and not once have a received a statement, sms or nothing. They somehow captured my email address wrong at application stage and now refuse to change it over the phone. Even when they say over the phone they will email a statement to my correct email so long then I don't get it. They told me the only way to update to correct email is to go into the branch and change it but when I get there I get told to make an appointment for another day and they will call with a time slot but then I never get the call. I have been paying my finance for almost 3 years now but not one statement has been received. I really wouldn't use them again because after 3 years I have no idea where I currently stand with my finance
