Absa vehicle finance - no response

It’s been 7 weeks (49days) since I have app**** for Vehicle Finance and I still do not have a confirmation. This query has been taken to a teamleader, I have put in a formal complaint and still have no feedback. Absa is quick to put my account in arrears and affect my credit score yet after calling and numerous emails, I still have no feedback on my request. What more can I do as a client? I’ve given enough time for feedback.
