Absa vehicle finance NEVER AGAIN

I have cancelled both the VAPS warranty and credit life on my vehicle finance yet absa still takes the money. Innovation was contacted and it is cancelled on their side. So who takes the money. I have invested ours with the call centre and was promised a team leader will contact me nothing!!! Absa just takes your money without your concert. I want this matter resolved and credited form October 2021 when I gave the initial instruction. If this is not resolved within 72 hours I will go to the banking ombudsman. This is a disgrace to TCF and future i will take my business elsewhere!
