Absa vehicle finance need alot of help

I have vehicle finance witch absa, so just like any other credit application I had to provide 3 months bank statements when I app****. When the first debit order had to go off they sent me an sms saying I'm in arrears and have to make a payment before I get handed over. When I called they said I dit not submit any statement. So how do you do a credit application witchout submiting any statement?? After alot of fighting and calling 5 different department and getting transfers to numerous people it finally got sorted. But this is not even the bigest struggle. I had to take out vehicle insurance whith them aswell after a year of paying the vhicle finance I got one that was 3 times less the amout from R1500 to R500 so I canceled the one I had with absa. 6 months after I canceled I was told that I need to provide proof of insurance so I did I emailed it to the email address provided I also contacted the dealership where I purchased the car and they also emailed the proof and a lady working in the vehicle finance depart also emailed the proof to the relevant department we did this 2 month in row. Aaand guess what happened. They debited me the normal installment aswell as a R1000 extra even though I sent everything to the departments that I was supposed to they still went and added on the debit oreder. I dont know what to do with absa anymore I dont know who to call or who to email if you gontho the branch you wait a full hour just to be told you have to call this department and that department tells you to call this department and that department trasnfers you to another department and that department tells you that everything is sorted but then they still go and punish you
