ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE - NATIS DOCUMENTS DELAYS!!
It has been a nightmare trying to get my Natis documents from Absa Vehicle Finance. My car's last instalment was 31March2026, today is the 8/05/2026 and I am still fighting to get my documents delivered in order for me to take a new finance deal. I am without transport due to the delayed Natis documents. CCD Couriers together with absa are unable to deliver my docs even though it is not my fault that the chosen delivery branch (Greenacres) is currently closed. They would rather keep my documents with the couriers even though i'm 5km away from them. ALL I WANT IS MY NATIS!! ABSA YOU HAVE JUST LOST A CLIENT WHO WAS GOING TO BUY A CAR THROUGH YOU AT THIS VERY MOMENT.. RETENTION OF CLIENTS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
