ABSA Vehicle Finance Legal Team Pathetic and *********** Attitude

Almost a yr Ago, I paid off my CAR with absa Vehicle Finance. But up to date they still send me a statement to say im still owing them money whilst the car is already registered in my name. I have all the E-Natis documents in my name. I have contacted their legal team to close the account which they always say they will but still do nothing. I have been calling them every second month for the past yr with no success. I have Spoken to Matshidiso Zingitwa, Johannes Moselekgomo and a few more people in their legal department but their level of incompetence and unconcerned attitude is pathetic when its their responsibility to do this. This is affecting my credit ratings because such financial information is submitted to credit bureaus which has a negative reflection on my rating.
