ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE LEGAL DEPARTMENT

My name is Khosie. I had app**** for vehicle finance which my daughter was paying for. She was retrenched and lost track of the payment which is the reason why the account was handed over to the legal department. My daughter settled the balance over two years ago and when we ask for the log book absa keeps giving us the run around. We have taken multiple numbers and have been tranferred from department to department. Why are we given a run around? Is what absa doing even legal?
