ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE LEGAL DEPARTMENT

i have been trying to call ABSA legal department to make payment arrangements for my vehicle which is financed by them, but i have been tossed to-and-fro by the *********** staff who seem to not know the direct line to ABSA legal department.

The car in question which i was using for business was involved in an accident and as a result i started defaulting in payments as i did not have any source of income. I have just recently got a job and i wanted to make payment arrangements, but have not been able to get to the right people to assist with this.
