ABSA vehicle finance - leaking out personal information

My review is a HUGE concern. Received a vehicle finance statement this morning via email. Did the password protection, open up email with my IDNumber ….and it’s not my statement. Reflecting someone else personal information. Now my thinking is immediately that someone received my statement….this is leaking out of personal information. ABSA, how will this be rectify and how will this not happen again?
