Absa Vehicle Finance its a ****

My car was due for last payment in September. However ive manage to pay my car in October I called Absa to get the outstanding balance the consultants in question she confirmed the outstanding payment of which I made the immediate payment while I was still engaging with her on the phone that amount it was showing her system to my understanding I have paid off my car she even advise me to call after a week to for ownership papers, now when I called they are telling me that the car has outstanding balance because I have paid after 3 days of the initial date of payment , firstly no one bothers to call me to tell me about the balance after requesting papers that when they are telling me about the balance of which it was never mention to me that I will be liable for 3 days interest. am extremely disappointed in the service I received. They did not fulfil their promise of excellent service. I wouldn't advise any one to buy a car with ABSA bank. because ive paid the full amount now there's interest that I was never told about ABSA you are ******** us the poor I regret the day I took the car finance with you.
