Absa Vehicle Finance is UTTERLY NON EXISTANT AND USELESS

Reference no.: C-***5. I settled my vehicle finance 20 May 2019! Kgabiso Dikgole assisted me when I phoned to request my NATIS documents. Never rep**** to my emails. I was referred to Daphne Zakri, not any answer when I called the number given to me to contact. Absa Vehicle Finance made a legal error when my car was settled, and it took them OVER a year to resolve this. Chris Schoeman provided me with a settlement letter. When I emailed him 16 April 2025 to follow up, he abruptly said I can log a complaint with the Action line since I have not received the NATIS documents, which must be requested from the Call center. Really?! ABSA IS LEGALLY REQUIRED TO SEND ME THE NATIS DOCUMENTS. WHEN AM I GOING TO RECEIVE IT?!
