ABSA Vehicle Finance is useless

What a useless finance house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been struggling to get to a point to speak to a human when phoning their customer care number.

My vehicle has been paid up at the beginning of August 2021 already, now I need the NATIS form and the change on ownership form to have the vehicle transferred but it is impossible to speak to someone in this regard and even their online document request portal is useless, how the hell do you get to a human being to have a decent conversation with to get the proper correct documents send to you asap?
