ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE IS POOR

This is a two fold email!! Firstly, praise is due to Nadine Lewis from ABSA Private Banking. She is incredibly helpful, efficient, professional and always goes the extra mile for her clients!! If only Absa Staff could learn from her!!!

The second part is a negative against the AVAF Outbound Sales department in Johannesburg! Numerous emails sent to them and they do not respond! How they attract business with this poor and unacceptable service boggles the mind! The names of the staff members will not be mentioned publicly but I will not hesitate to do so if needed.
