ABSA Vehicle Finance is like a horrible evil syndicate

I purchased my vehicle through Ford Credit financed by ABSA. my Vehicle has been fully paid for in June 2025. I currently have advanced credit that should be refunded to me but none of the people speaking to me are able to help. upon Fully paying for my Vehicle, I called to request for my NATIS documents since the 1st week in July 2025. I was told that I should speak to recovery unit. they gave me 2 different land line numbers which both are not existing ***. i have gone to ford Hatfield in Woodmead where the vehicle was purchased. the lady helping me is also frustrated at ABSA vehicle finance behaviour and treatment they are given to me. it is like a syndicate thing that when your vehicle is fully paid for they look for means to ***** it away from their customers. I want My NATIS document and my advanced credit refunded to me. ABSA Vehicle Finance has changed and they Suck right now. they are robbing me off my peace and joy of owning a good vehicle. I want the document ASAP.
