ABSA Vehicle finance is dropping the ball

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from ABSA Vehicle Finance. After discovering that the vehicle financed through them was sold to me with an expired licence disc, I contacted ABSA for assistance, expecting support from the finance provider linked to the vehicle.

Instead of helping, they simply told me to deal directly with WeBuyCars. This has left me stuck between two companies, with neither willing to take responsibility or assist in resolving the issue. The vehicle is financed through ABSA, yet no one seems concerned that it cannot legally be driven on a public road due to the expired disc.

I explained my frustration and concerns, including the fact that driving the vehicle in this condition is against the National Road Traffic Act, but I still received no meaningful assistance. As a customer paying monthly instalments, I expected far better support and accountability.

The lack of customer care, communication, and urgency from both ABSA Vehicle Finance and WeBuyCars has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. Cell 072-083-54-97
