Absa Vehicle Finance is a Sham!

Absa Deceased Estates: AVAF is a sham! I have been trying to resolve my father's estate since his passing in January and have received little to no help from AVAF. Firstly we scalled and sent emails asking how can we continue to make payments to the vehicle account since the account they were debiting from will be closed. We received no straight answers until after two months we were told the account has been frozen and we should either give the car up for auction or apply for finance again. We agreed to apply for finance and ask for help in doing so - only to be told that we must go to a nearest branch for assistance..Are you kidding me! this is were we started in the first place!! we started at the branch and we were told that we should call Absa Deceased Estate, the very same people who are now telling us to go to branch.

A person by the name of Wesley Pepping who is supposed to be a deceased estates consultant does not know what the heck they are doing or he/she is just not interested in their job. I don't even know where to lay a complaint at this moment!
