Absa vehicle finance is a ****

I am disappointed with Absa, when lockdown started in 2020 March , Absa offered a payment holiday in which was accepted, they didn't deduct in April,May,June and July, they started deducting in August to date, since I was supposed to finish paying for the car December this year, I asked for settlement, to my surprise the account is with the legal department because the account is arrears, tried to call the legal department to clarify...no answer...I am disgusted with Absa, someone did say when you are about to settle their debt, they o.e up with stories to distort money from you..

Its a ****...never accept finance from Absa
