ABSA Vehicle Finance is a NO GO

Last year November I contracted with ABSA to get Vehicle Finance.

In January I requested for my vehicle finance debit order to be moved to Investec.

Every month I get threatened my their call center for not paying, every month I have made special EFT arrangements and every month I am told to mail someone else about moving my debit order and I haven’t had any responses to any of my emails or requests

ABSA is a completely inept organization and unable to conduct rudimentary administration procedures leaving your credit record affect due to their gross negligence at managing their administration and loan management and arrears.
