Absa vehicle finance is a nightmare

I requested for a settlement letter from Absa to pay off my car but im sent back and forth, no one is willing to assist, I tried to complain on twitter, emails, calls and even went to their branch in ghandi square but no one is assisting me. I just want to advice anyone who wants to be financed with Absa to think carefully and read reviews as this is the worst financial service provider.
