Absa vehicle finance is a **** .

I have been struggling for 2 months to just get my debt order date changed ..

I have never had such bad service. And the worst of it all is there is no brach to go to .. you go to Absa they just put u on the phone in the brach . Then you just get push back and all these obstacles they give you.. they give you problems and no answers.

I started a new job and my salary date is now the last day of the month..

They are will to change my dabt date fro. The 24 to the 1But they will take the debt on the 24th and then the 1 again so ill be double debted .. Why ????

Why am i being bulldozer for 5days.. you pay in areas. But if i want to move the date i will be upfront.

I cant believe what a nightmare this is just to move a debt 5 days on..

And dont come with missed the cut off i jave been trying for over 2 months now.

Not to mention all the extras they have just added all sorts of insurance that i already have and sent proof of i got refunded and then they loaded again.

I feel like Absa vehicle finance is a huge ****.. This is ridiculous, you might get a email but this is automated. I have not got any feedback from anyone after asking for a manager 10x .

But then they catch wind of me trying to refinance and they send me a mail to refinance but they cant sort out my current issue. The reason for me needing to refinance as i cant change my debt order with out me having to double pay..

ABSA IS A **** ..

As calls and mails and going to a branch has just wasted my time and money..
