Absa (Vehicle Finance / Insurance / Branch)

Today will be my second attempt to see if Absa Vehicle Finance can get their house in order.

I was assisted by Lebogang Mashiane with regards to my person details that has been outdated since who knows when. After about a week, I was assured that everything is up to date.

Today I had to phone them once again as my debit order did not go through (had to pay a penalty as well) and when I verified my personal details it was still incorrect. No surprise there!

I have had absolutely enough.

What is it going to take to get you people to update my ****ing details?!

- NO going to a branch - NO calling "customer care" - which is a joke if you ask me - NO e-mails

I need someone to phone me, confirm all my details and change it immediately.
