ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE ****ING USELESS

So here is my story that ****ING ABSA put me through.

I bought a car in January 2022 through ABSA vehicle finance. Since the day of approval till today not once has ABSA contacted me to debit my account for the car. I took it upon myself to contact ABSA and get all the relevant information so I could pay manually for the car which I did every month. So fast forward too present time I got retrenched and again ABSA didn't contact me to ask why is there no payments to the car I contacted them as usual cause they are ****ing useless and mentioned to them that I am retrenched. Now the shocking part to this whole story is that just when I get a job the Sheriff takes my car cause I am owing but yet arrangements were made that now I do have a job I will start paying for car and ABSA gave me the chance till end of July to start making payments which was agreed upon. Now why wasn't the ****ing message passed on to the attorneys office to pend the collection of the car. I want my car back so I can still go to work and as promised to settle the car by December 2024. As usual ABSA ****ed up again and is inconveniencing me. If I do loose this job because off your *********** ****ing useless staff that can't do there jobs properly then I am definitely going to take legal action against you because I am definitely not going to be homeless with my 74 year old mum due to ABSA because I supposed to working but cannot get to work due to my car been taken away from me. Sort this matter out immediately and let me get my car back and pay for it as promised from end of July.
