ABSA Vehicle finance Incompetency

LATE Estate of my husband, to get original NATIS registration papers from ABSA Vehicle Finance is terrible and impossible.

Numerous emails have been drafted via the attorneys office that is managing the estate of my late husband. Relevant letters and proof of executorship has been send. I have never in my whole life experienced such incompetence to get a simple request through to the ABSA vehicle finance department to get Duplicate Natis documents. I will hang my head in shame to think this is the type of service that is given to people. The vehicles have been financed by ABSA and was paid off years ago. What a disaster to get in contact with ABSA vehicle finance department. Information on your web states a few days to get the Natis documents but clearly this is not what is happening. ABSA needs to relook the information and change it to months or rather to years.
