Absa vehicle finance incompetence

Being threatened daily for a vehicle installment which was supposedly not paid after telling 3 people already that my payment went off in Dec and again at the end of January. No assistance or help received even afyer though i havent missed a payment ever!!!different people call me daily not knowing who the hell is dealing with this.
