Absa vehicle finance incompetence!

So I decide to settle my car early as a responsible person. Absa promptly sends me my Natis documents for me to change the Ownership/ Title into my name within 21 days. 16 days in I take a WHOLE day off work in order to go to the traffic department to get this sorted. 3 hours into the long lines and standing in the sun I get told ABSA got the wrong proxy to sign! So now I am meant to queue in line at ABSA just to resubmit my documents! So is it fair that now I must one day take ANOTHER day off work for ABSA error or incompetence! This is really upsetting!
