Absa Vehicle Finance: I want my papers

I bought a car with absa back in 2012 payed them well until the car was left with two months on it I called them on the 29/09/2020 requesting a settlement on the account the the lady in the "Absa Vehicle Finance" advice me to call in a couple of days to come because I had made a payment the previous day and it's not yet reflecting I will get a lesser/better settlement then I can request the car certificate. I did as I was adviced called in after two days requested a settlement got it and made a payment I then requested the car certificate now being given a run around. Never again agree to a finance from absa ********* Maan!. I even laid a complain to their complaints department nothing not helping!
