ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE HAS NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND INTREGRITY WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR CLIENTS

Dear South Africans can anyone tell me how do i escalate my amtter with ABSA Vehicle finance, i am at a point of contacting the ABSA Vehicle Finance head of department Charl Potgieter and CEO Of ABSA Daniel Mninele.

I am angry that I have been trying to get hold of the vehicle finance team for almost two weeks to sort out the mess of them not collecting my car debit on time

They are in charge of collecting the debit order to makesure as customers we not miss payments. What is worse before the 25 Dec they sent me a msg Alerting me that they will be deducting the money on the 25th.

I have sent numerous emails with no reply. i have contact their contact center the line is always busy. they recently sent me an sms stating that "I MISSED THE PAYMENT" the Audacity of them not taking accounatability has sent chilles down my back, i do not have their banking deatils and the agreemnet i have them is that they will be deducting monthly on a certain a month.

The worst part is that they did not apologise for their mistake, but stating that i missed the payment when i did not, the company or the administrator responsible for that missed it.

Right now they have deducted a R110 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT which i did not give authorization on.

You have tried to call me yesterday and today and everytime i answer its an automated machine than the phone gets cut off.

I would like to speak to a human being and i would for the money that has been deducted from account to be returned ASAP i di not give Authoirisation. I have tried to call and sent emails with no success.

You have a bad service and you do not know how to treat clients no acknowldge your mistakes, it shows as a bank you have no integrity.

Why was my monthly amount not deducted. As you already made me aware that on the 25th you will deduct my monthly car instalment.

How am i liable for missing a payment when its your fault.

I would like to speak to a supervisor or manager with answers to questions.
