ABSA vehicle finance gave me a fright with bad service

Below is a copy paste for a mail sent to ABSA vehicle finance, with only a confirmation that they received the mail. Twice already sent in more than a week's time.The dealer is not very interested, Heilandi Harmse from Westvaal I trying at least. I took out an extended warranty and service plan, yet I cannot find any proof.

At this moment my vehicle is standing, I cannot risk my safety to drive it. My payments are up to date, basically paying an arm and a leg for something I cannot use.

I bought a VW Amarok from Westvaal Lichtenburg 3 months ago. Up to now I've put about 3000km on the clock and the brakes failed.

Yet the vehicle passed the Dekra test and it seems like it will be my problem now?

I am paying on time for a vehicle that I cannot use.

Please assist urgently.
