ABSA Vehicle Finance frustrations

I have been attempting to reach someone at ABSA Vehicle Finance for a few weeks now to change the email address on their system so I can receive NATIS documents etc. Getting zero responses from emails and their dedicated number is just a stupid computer with options that are not working. Super frustrating, how hard can it be to just talk to an actual person?

Thanks for the reply, the problem is the email you have on file is no longer in use (hence the frustrations with trying to get it updated).
