Absa Vehicle Finance (Ford Credit)useless

In December 2015 I bought a new vehicle and was financed by Absa. I signed my contract at the dealer and look delivery of the vehicle. In my contract everything is 100% as I requested, most important was the debit order date of the 25th of every month.

So the 25th of the next month came and no debit order goes off. I phoned Absa and they informed to wait until the first payment goes off then I can make changes. My debit order went off on the 1st. So I phoned Absa to fix the debit order date. After numerous phone calls I had to make they promised it was done.

The 25th came and the debit oder went off. BUT, now my debit order is more than signed for. I know I signed on a FIXED rate and everywhere on my contract is stated the 25th. I even have a copy of my contract.

I then again phoned Absa in to sort this out. They came with a story that the difference is the interest that I am paying. But WHY? I signed my contract on a FIXED rate and to go off on the 25th of each month.

I have been phoning since February month to sort this out. I do not know what more to do. I am really dissappointed in ASBA as this is the first time dealing with them. I am really not impressed and will not recommend any person to deal with Absa vehicle finance. I gave them 4 months to resolve my issue without getting angry or raising my voice.

The people I dealt with was, Neline Dreyer, Dorothia Swanepoel, Lee-anne and Rozalia. Can anyone advise on what to do. My Ref number at the complaints dept is ***
