Absa vehicle finance

Absa bank refuse to look for payments made to debt review. IPDA debt counsellor took 24000.00 for Absa but the payments were not allocated . I cannot get hold of debt review . They are not answering my calls or emails. Absa refuse to even try and find the payments. We have tried to ask for help but have received nothing from either Absa or IPDA
